Sexylook - Mirco inject mask

It's been a while since I did a beauty review. Today I'm sharing a new launched series from Sexylook! A brand that I've been using since poly days, apart from Leaders clinic mask and Lovemore mask.

This Mirco inject mask is a new technology from Japan that allows the moisture to be locked into ur skin even more effectively!

I love everything Aloe Vera cus it's so gentle yet soothing for all skin types!

They have it in 3 kinds, Aloe Vera/ Hyaluronic acid / Rice.

Would love to try Hyaluronic Acid ones! This Aloe Vera helps to reduce skin dryness which I need it whenever I'm overseas! Hotel rooms are soooo dry.

It is made of pure cotton as you can see from the photo below!

It has a plastic sheet that comes together with the mask. Throw the plastic sheet away and u're ready to use!

Although the facial sheet is a little big for my face, it fits perfectly and most of my skin is covered!

20mins is all you need for a glowing and smooth skin.

Remember to massage the serum in when you remove the mask off your face.

2013 in a glance & Beauty tips

Happy new year!! My first post of 2014. 2014 already?!
Time flies and I feel like 2013 has just started. Oh well, I'm glad that my job makes time pass faster. I never once said "HUH ONLY 5mins GONE?"

5mins seemed long in office, isn't it?

When I'm back to 9-5 job, I look at the watch every now & then. And I will be like" 5mins passed ONLY?"

haha

What did I do in 2013:

- I went Taiwan, Paris & Korea for holiday.
- I got my dream bag (prada bag that I seldom use it now)
- I didn't spend my CNY/ XMAS/ NEW YEAR in Singapore.
- I drifted far away from my friends/ family
- I didnt enter a club in 2013.

This summarize my 2013. ok for 2014!!!

I shall not list my resolution cause I will not reflect on it and probably it wont come true. haha

To start off, I wanna share few beauty secrets! I love beauty tips and I am quite vain when it comes to skincare.
I used to be lazy and all.. but as I get older, I saw how my skin changes. I get breakouts when I started flying. I'm sure ppl get pimples when you go for holiday & back home. Likewise for me. But I guess my skin is immune to it after few months. It's dry whenever I'm in other countries but it becomes oily when I have the whole day in Sg. Blame the weather maybe.

I may be blessed with good skin,
BUT it's good when you see it 15cm away or more. hahaha
I only get pimples when period is near or when my hormones goes crazy.

Here's some NATURAL Beauty stuff + tips that I DO at home:

- Egg white mask. I used to do it daily or rather twice daily! It's good in firming + giving a smooth skin. I heard it can whiten skin as well! I use egg white mask only on my chin & cheeks area. CAUSE I psychology thinks that it might make my face slimmer. LOL crazy thought but yes......it helps!!!!!!!! GO & TRY MEASURE your chin!! It reduces my chin by 5mm.......but it goes back to the normal size after awhile lol. (Maybe long term usage helps?) Ok..I know I am lame but I am trying so hard to slim my face. hahaha
Simply use egg white and apply on your dry face after cleansing. It will harden and your face will be stiff!
10mins is all you need. You can keep the egg whites covered in the fridge for few days!

- Baking soda for your black heads!!!!
I stopped squeezing or using pore strips for my blackheads since 3 months ago. I use baking soda instead! I hate how painful n reddish it is after I squeeze my nose. lol and strips doesnt really work!
Use half teaspoon of baking soda and add 3-4 drops of water to it to make it into a paste. Then, rub it around your nose area for 40seconds. It might sting abit if you apply it for too long. So less than a minute is safe! :)

- Plain Yoghurt for face mask! It's sooooo natural and good for your skin!! Nature glow in ur skin (I am serious) but only slight glow. hahaha
I seldom do this mask now cause I am so lazy to go supermarket to get a tub of yoghurt :P

- I massage my face daily with 2b face alternative...I dont know if it works, I am still in the midst of using. Have been using for 2 weeks! I wanna have a slim face so badly that I massage my face upwards and targeting only the chin & cheek area. Hahhaa
I have a few feedback that my face is slimmer..........YAY
You should see how chubby am I in the past!!!! It's OMG. :\

This was a recent photo. My eyes seemed bigger cause my face is smaller
hahaha Looking back the photos I think I really shld give myself a pat. I did not undergo liposuction nor lost weight. Probably thanks to the egg white mask and those face lifting mask that I used to use? ^^

Final hadacrie cool verdict!

My final review on HadaCRie cool!
I really love this little beauty tool that I've been using for this 3 weeks...You need a lot of discipline to use it everyday. I know we get lazy at times, especially when you reach home late at night and you just want to hit your bed to sleep. We need to take care of our skin!

This is the dirt shown on my cotton pad after 2 weeks plus of usage.
The visibility of the dirts are lesser each day. You can see improvement after a week!

My skin after using HadaCrie cool. I didn't use any bb cream/foundation/powder on my face.
Just my regular biore sunblock and blusher.

Makeup routine

I do not have the world's perfect skin, but I would love to share my story of my skin.

One year back when I wasn't flying, my skin was combination/sensitive.

Oily on T-zone, sensitive on my cheeks & (in between) eyebrow area. I DO NOT USE moisturizer because I find it oily and rich. I use only Hadalabo lotion and that's all. After lotion I will just pat my biore sunblock and apply loose powder + the rest of makeup.

P.s: I don't own any foundation / bb cream

When I started flying, I have to apply makeup every now and then. With makeup on for more than 10-12hours is not healthy for your skin especially when the pores are larger when you are flying. My skin then became dry+sensitive when I'm away, and oily+sensitive when I have more than 2 days off in Singapore. My skincare routine changed.

After bathing+cleansing face, I will straight apply my leaders mask for 20mins (bought from qoo10) and lancome eye cream. Thats all. I applied nothing on my face before the mask, not even hada labo lotion. The lotion will be used the next day when I am heading out..My mask usage increases from twice to 4x a week. (average about 4 flights per week)

Leaders mask is my favourite mask from korea :) Bought about 100masks from them already hehe

I stopped using loose powder and I just apply blusher after sunblock. I use sunblock as my makeup base, which I have no idea if it is a good or bad way.

For now, I did not touch my loose powder for 8 months and I feel happy because I always feel that my pores will be clogged if I keep putting powder on my face. I am still a noob in skincare......:-(

I am really glad that I have Hitachi's sponsor...I can cleanse my face properly without worrying.

I still do not have the perfect skin yet, I have red dots here and there.

HadaCRie Cool - Clean skin in 4 steps!

Post #2 of my hadacrie experience.

This photo tells you about my skin in general. (Before using HadaCRie)

- My cheek looks dry and abit of redness because of my sensitive skin!
- My nose is full of blackheads. No matter how I squeeze out, its always there :-(
- I used to have oily T-zone before I start flying, but now it's better.

The previous post about HadaCRie Cool was about the ion cleansing device itself. Now I am reviewing my experience with HadaCRie cool!

The reviews are 100% true, pictures are all non-photoshopped.

Let's begin with my first experience:

You see it for yourself.
The yellow piece of cotton pad. Who would believe that's coming from my face?
When I saw all the trapped dirt, I feel so amazed. And at the same time..I wonder how can this be as powerful as clarisonic?

I used this for consecutive 6 days. I brought it overseas too because it's small and light. It's not really portable because it isn't battery operated.

On the 4th day, I took a picture of the cotton pad again.
I see dirt again. But it seems to be improving!

I think this is very useful for everyone, even guys. We are exposed to dirt daily, and given our country where summer is 365 days, our pores are prone to traps dirt easily.
Normal cleansing alone is not enough...
