Bloggers' Night Orange Clove Cathering

We were invited to orange clove cathering's food tasting as u can see from my title.

It was held @ Botanic garden. It was a good spot to locate at, as it was near the town area. We merely took a bus from Dhoby Ghaut.

It was raining, and we managed to find our way there. Its quite easy to spot as there was directions on the wall, like the one above.

We went up to the 2nd lvl, where the function room is held. It was quite small, but most importantly, it's cosy and the atmosphere is romantic!! Yellow light is best used for dining:)

We received a very warm welcome from all the staffs when we entered!! Good service are always loved!

The staffs are all dressed in white, with a red lanyard on them. This is for us to notice them easily if we have any enquires or feedbacks. They were all friendly to the max! Pretty too, hehe.

We went to register outside the function room, and this is it.

We received a door gift, and we had a pack of macarons !

See! The colourful macarons are handmade by the chefs, and it taste awesome x1000000!

They even had cute ribbon plastic for the package. ;) So cute of them.

IT'S DINNER TIME!!!

The first thing everyone did was to take out their camera, standby AND SNAPPED!!!

Snap the picture of the food of cus. The decorations, the layout everything was in place, so nicely that it creates a atas feel.

The dessert area is the area that welcomes me most!! Love the cheesecake to the max!! Eaten quite a number of slices hehe.

Everything's HANDMADE/BAKED BY THEM!!!!

AWESOME x DELICIOUS = HEAVEN.

They even bought a number of roses to place them around!!! Sweet and romantic, I LIKE! Thought of bringing them home..HAHAA

The penne taste 100times better than pastamania's and even can fight with sketches!!

poor aaron took the stiff chicken, while the rest of us took the tender ones!!

Think they had secret recipe to produce the seasoning cus the taste is HEAVENNNNLY

Pan fried snapper with asparagus! The snapper meat is so thick that u'll love it! It wrapped around the asparagus and it looked so cute!!

By the time I took the photo of this, half of the tray is gone:( see how popular it is!!!

Wedding cupcakes!! See the orange and brown design at the top of the cupcake?

THE DESIGN IS THE LOGO OF ORANGE CLOVE!!!!

Okay let me explain a little bit of orange clove before I start my dinner..

The name ORANGE CLOVE arrives from a fruit(orange) AND a spice(clove). THEY ARE HALAL, means NO BARBIE ;)

Anyone can order & eat !!

The chef also picked the freshest ingredients for the food, and they handmade the designs/food and seasoning.

They cater to all kinds, INTERNATIONAL FOOD, WEDDING , ASIAN AND WESTERN, SEMINAR and TEA RECEPTION.

Some of the food we tasted are the *new* foods on their menu!!!! We're the 1st to try!! *grins:)

Finish eating. TIME FOR SECOND ROUND!!! The servers are hardworking as they cleared ur plates/glasses when u finish ur food. They even serve the drinks for u!!! :>

This time they added new dish, PRAWN SALAD!!!!

AHHH CHEESECAKE!!! the wedding cupcake is nice too!!! But that's for ppl with sweet tooth ;)

Their cheesecake is nice!! no matter which flavor, it just taste great!!

Pity the staffs!! They did not even eat! Although its dinner time, they did not complain!! :) If I'm the staff, I might have sneak to one side to eat a little!! hehe

Back in the function room!!!! We had wine tasting program and LUCKY DRAWS.

The servers served the white wine first, before the red wine because that's the way!!! White then red.....

Had to swirl, smell, see and drink!!

Trying to see the reflective green. hahaha. I SAW IT!!!

This reminds me of my wine which I bought quite long, and haven't opened.

Time for red wine!!! I heard that they havest in the night, just to start producing this red wine!!!

Promotion for us, that night!! ANY 2 bottles for $50!! Usual $29...

Can even see the hardwork they put in. AND the champion of the night shld be the chefs!!!

Everything's so great. Hope I'm invited to their next event again :)
