whats the prob?

Yesterday my bf & I had one conversation which came across in our mind.
From scratch, the question was
: what to eat for dinner?

So was deciding in between MCD & KFC.

We were thinking that how come kfc's food is much preferred by people(to eat) while, mcd's outlet is much preferred by people to go.
So this has been a long convo for both of us that evening, explaining the marketing theory!

Found it interesting, so I should maybe blog about it too :)



KFC ? I'm a fan of kfc's food.......




But I would prefer to sit & slack at MCD!



Maybe it's because of the atmosphere?
Or maybe we have a habit of saying: "lets go mac slack." although we feel sick of eating mac.
Kfc lacks of the 'happening' atmosphere..............

EVEN MCD have the creative innovations... monopoly, hello kitty toys.
ONLY STUPID PEOPLE WILL CHIONG TO EAT MAC NOW TO WIN THE SENTOSA COVE.


The dateline's on 2nd jan!! Of cuz they want people to buy more to eat and give them a fasle hope of winning right? Bet the sentosa cove will be out on mid or end of dec!!!

Was thinking, maybe the marketing executive of mcd's is a professional, while kfc's is only a normal MARKETER.

Mcd's burger is shrinking, price is increasing... yet people are still eating and enjoying!!
The burger alone is not filling enough. Its the drink that makes u feel full!!!
And in singapore, I bet there are 4 times more MCD outlets than KFC outlets!!


Even COKE, Coke supplies MCD their drink... while PEPSI supplies KFC their drink..
This is one reason why COKE is ahead of PEPSI!!! Ok. i hate the both drinks....

But it seems so tough for kfc to compete with mcd.. Even long john silver's..I bet their food taste 10X times nicer than MCD.( I used to be a fan of LJS too!)

ok maybe this time round i'm not going to chiong mac, but kfc!!!
